There is nothing to refund

Essay Lab reviews are free. We do not sell credits, packages or subscriptions, we take no payment through this site, and we never ask you for card details. Because nothing is ever charged, there is nothing to refund.

If you are ever asked to pay for a personal statement review on essaylab.ai, it is not us. Please tell us at support@essaylab.ai.

If a review fails

Reviews are free, so a failed one costs you nothing but your time. If a report does not come back, or comes back plainly broken, just run it again. Where a failure has used up your daily allowance, email us at support@essaylab.ai and we will reset it for you.

Counsellor sessions

Our one-to-one counsellor service is the one thing we charge for, and it is arranged with you directly rather than bought on this site. The fee, the scope and the terms for changing or cancelling are agreed with you in writing before any work starts, and those terms are what apply. Nothing is ever charged automatically or on a recurring basis.
